Blog Blast For Peace 2011

This is a digital memory of a boy/man named Chanc. He was a collateral victim to a race/gang fight. Chanc was riding with some young guys that he knew. The guys he knew were racist. Chanc was not. When one of the "boys" yelled the word "Nigger" at a "boy" driving by, it got ugly. There was road rage that led to an apartment complex parking lot. The young man of color happened to be in a gang. (so were Chanc's friends). Chanc got stabbed in the back trying to leave.

Chanc was a peaceful guy (aged 22 at the time). The only thing in his heart he had in common with the guys (Young Aryans) was weed and music. Chanc was the loving uncle of two mixed kids. When he would visit, the house would light up with music and smiles. He is not a racist, but racism paralyzed him and later complications led him to an early death.

My plea on this day of blog for peace is-Stop Hate. Get along. We are all on this world together.

Another thing we all know that drugs and these are the LEGAL ones are far more expensive than a street habit. I know a poor elderly lady working as a bartender/casino host in Montana who has to have someone smuggle in from Mexico her Advair for her respiratory condition, because it is 300 bucks a month for just that drug. Apparently there is an underground pharmaceutical exchange going on border to border. [here] is a link to all that. It is really fucked up. Golden years turned into a desperate attempt to be able to afford your illness. And with the boomers being the "golden" market of the medical profession. Studies have been made on how careers based in medicine will boom with the aging boomers.

Dichloroacetate or DCA as a cure to cancer: It is called a "nonprorietary" drug, because it is common and no company can claim it as a patent and profit from it. There lies the problem. Companies will not fund something they cannot profit from. Even when mankind can profit from the loss of a devastating disease... It comes down to the dollars!

A Cancer Quackery Watch [link] tells you the why the DCA site exists and to beware of the owner trying to sell you online cure with DCA in it yet when I went to the link it was not there. Same with the pest control business that the quackery claims the owner of the DCA site has.

The bottom line is this folks:

"Michelakis told an Edmonton newspaper that he is distressed that people with cancer are self-medicating with a drug that could be harmful to them."

After looking around for the news on Cancer cures, I have determined that claims are almost as frustrating as the current political scene! There are a lot of claims and homeopathic sites that either are there to help or exploit your sorrow.

My conclusion for DCA is to wait it out and hope that it leads to less sorrow over the diagnosis of CANCER.

It is sort of like when Bones discovered that the Sun's light would cure the parasite attached to Spock's back in the Star Trek episode "Operation Annihilate". He doses Spock with the full spectrum and as a result, Spock is blinded. Under further research, it was a lower non blinding dose of light.

This final point of the article makes me think WTF?:

My opinion:

In life I have seen both the street and the military. A street fighter is the optimum soldier. If you can get them to fight with a cause and pass Basic training. I am all for recruiting out of prison as well. Maybe that is the break that would change a gang member. To see that his drug torn neighborhood is not all that bad compared to a drug torn nation. The poor people in our country get to wear used shoes with name brands on them and eat with food stamps. The poor people in Afghanistan go to the street trash and find a name brand 2 liter plastic bottle and are happy to style it into a sandal. Food? Who knows how they deal with it there?

As far as the gays being kicked out...I am borderline on this issue. With ERA still waiting on the 38th state after all these years...

My only concern is the housing issue. Going to the bathroom circa 1978 in the middle of the night, I hear whispers and two sets of feet in one of the stalls. Another girl comes in to use the 'latrine' and I look at her with the WTF look and she says "I don't want to know".
Even though we cleaned those fucking latrines so good you could eat on them...uhhh well it is still a pretty desperate act to have to eat in them. LOL LOL

And we spent 30 days in the hole in basic and NO SEX so what makes the separation of barracks mean anything? That the girl on girls don't have to hold out as much?

(That sort of shit happens in jail, too. What was she punished for and who is that she is fondling?)

You just don't go to war holding your mates hands either. So....
The gays could have their own squadron like back in the Buffalo Soldier days? Butch and Femme separated. It would take a really Politically Correct organizer that is for sure!~
